We’re thrilled to announce the release of our latest barrel pick with Woodford Reserve—the only Rye barrel pick in the valley, hand-selected by Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall and the White Rabbit management team. Crafted with a unique mash bill of 53% rye, 33% corn, and 14% malted barley.

Tasting Notes:
Spicy with distinct notes of rye, black pepper, cedar, and cassia bark, sweetened with a dusting of marzipan. Hints of pear, apple, and almond on the nose. A taste of clove, rye, mint, molasses, and honey.
