Group Reservation Inquiry 
Please note we cannot accommodate parties larger than 15 due to the size of our venue.

Thank you for inquiring about booking a Group Reservation at The White Rabbit Bar in Downtown Gilbert!

•  This Form is for Group Reservations from 9 to 15 people in one group.

• Please read our House Rules to ensure that your guest get the best experience possible.

• Please avoid 8pm-10pm on Fri-Sat.  We will not be able to accommodate during this time.

• A minimum spend of $35 per person is required.

• Group size cannot be modified within 48 hours of your event date.

• You will be charged the minimum fee of $35 per person based on the final headcount. 

• If your group is less than the original amount, we will charge our cancellation fee of $35 per person.

• There will be 7.8% tax & 20% gratuity added to your bill.

• The bill cannot split more than 4 ways.

• Group Reservations are for 2 hours.  

• To secure your booking we require a non-refundable $45 Service Fee & a signed Group Reservation Agreement.
